What teen doesn't deal with anxiety at some point? With the start of the school season, anxiety is at an all time peak and this article really tackles how we can help our daughters navigate these feelings. Identifying triggers and responses our bodies have to stress helps us all understand the amazing ways our bodies react to protect itself. Using tools such as mindfulness, exercise, healthy food and breathing, we can help ease anxiety and stress.
