Our Powergirldancers this week told us how dance affects them, their souls and their bodies! We talked about how powerful we feel when we let ourselves go, feel the music and let our bodies take over. Being in our bodies is connected to our overall health, self confidence, well being and helps with anxiety and depression. Experiencing this connection makes us feel more grounded and taps into powerful emotions that feed us in a way that nothing else can!
